My connection shows in someone elses name

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the Airtel Mobile # 9931119686. My Dad Mr. B.N. Singh got this number in February and gave required documents to full fill the formalities. However, all of a sudden he has started getting IVR instructions before every call to submit the paper work. Irony is when he called the customer service it was told that this is in somebody else's name.

I want to bring this to your attention that my father has the carbon copy which was given at the time of the new connection. How come Airtel has issued that number to somebody else when he is using it for more that 4 years now. I would request you to help us rectify this for him.
