I Indresh Dhingra using airtel no 9815395844. I activated my blackberry service on16th of August (100 rs/week). On 22nd i called the customer care support to discontinue my service and they told mw to send an sms to deactivate the service. I sent the message but the service didnt got deactivated. I was again charged for the week. After that I again contacted the customer care on 27th August and they said they r forwarding my complaint. Again I call the next day n talked to Mr Dinesh who was just saying for a sim change to deactivate the service. Then again i called the next day (again my 110 rs were deduced) n talked to senior executive Mr Khurram n he assure me that in 3 days it will be solved. But its already 5 days n didnt got any reply from his side. I again today called n talked to some lady n she told me that no record of our previous conversation was there. Then I talked to Mr. Khurram again n he told me that still no solution is there. On 6th september again I will be charged with rs 100 against my wish but i am unable to discontinue my services. I get only on reply that there is some error in their server. I am not getting any appropriate reply from there side. Kindly help me in this case as i want my refund of 2 weeks n some action against the executives who r just harrasing the customer.
