this is to bring in your concern that rs 64 has been wrongly deducted from my account on the name for downloading java games, though i have not downloaded the same. my no is 9771350816.

kindly take the matter seriously because this is third time that my balance is wrongly deducted. i changed my other airtel no (8757128120) for only this reason.

kindly arrange to refund my balance and improve the standard of services according to your position. your early action would be appreciated.
