UNSUBSRIBE AIRTEL FRIENDZ CHAT

Madam/Sir:

For the past 4 months, I am being ripped off money from my account. I am being subscirbed for the Airtel Friendz Chat which I have not subscribed at all. It is a crime to steal when I have not subscribed at all.

I have called 121 to unsubscribe it but the matter turned to deaf ears. Either the Airtel employees are not trained to understand the complaint or just don't care. Would you please step in & stop this nuisance.
