After launching 3 complains (3845860, 3858974, 3869608) with the airtel customer care nobody even cared to revert back to me on the installation of my broadband connections. After promising the delivery within 4 working days and taking money from me- nobody even called me regarding installation. The people just tend to delegate responsibility to different departments quoting the problem is on their end. Sad state of affairs at Airtel.
