This is with reference to landline no : 080-40969981, a broadband service is associated with this number and the internet was not working from past 2 days, more than 48 hours, one can feel the heat of unavailability of internet for more than 2 days.
From past 2 days i have called the customer care for more than 20 times and spent around 30min for each call, but still its not resolved.
Tried calling nodal officer, but it was a waste of time as i couldnt connect to him even after calling him more than 6 times.
Unfortunately i could see there was only one technical guy running around entire R.T.nagar area and he doesnt know any technicalities and bluffing around. my office will be closed by 6:30 everyday, but unfortunately i could see one executive updating the status as the issue was resolved after attending our place at 8:30 in the night.
No one could help me with this and the issue is still pending, with we wasting 2 days without any work as we are into web development, one can understand the problem without internet.
I seriously dont know wr to complaint or what to do, Please do someone help me, Final conclusion is i lost hopes on AIRTEL (One of the leading telecom serv ice provider with very good reputation)
