Hi,
I am a Airtel Broadband Customer # 15319597 recently shifted to new residence and requested to shift my Land Phone & Broad Band Connection on 15th April. Then Airtel wanted us to pay the outstanding for performing the transfer. After doing so, there was no response for couple of days.
Later on when we contacted it was a New transfer complaint all-together. Well, they registered and gave a new tracking id. It continued to couple of more days without any response.
Finally, during the 1st week of May, when we contacted the Airtel call center, they say that the junction box is 350 meters away from our residence building. We requested for cancellation immediately.
Now, comes a Bill # 782133545 of Rs. 720 to be paid for a period of 25th April to 26th May.
Please suggest me as what can be done with this Greedy act of Bharti Airtel Ltd.?
