I am trying to disconnect my Airtel Broadband connection since 22nd April. Everytime i call customer care, they register my complaint and assured me that my connection will be disconnect within a week. But its more than 45 days and still no action is taken.
Every month the generate the bill. we are not using their connection for the last 2 months.
I have logged my complaint to Airtel Customer care on 22-04, 02-05 and 1 more time in May and Today (13-06).
When i call them they say that your complaint has been logged and your connection will be disconnected in 1 week. But next time when i call them again, they say your connection is active.
This results in loss of money, mental peace n torture.
