I had filed a service request for getting my modem shifted to another room in my apartment since the current room is being rented out. The request number is 48224286. I got absolutely no response from airtel. I called back after 2 days and I was told that their representative said that when he visited my premises at 5:45 PM and the house was locked, and that my phone was not reachable, which is not a possibility since I was taking special care to be at home everyday after 5 PM. I was made to file another complaint for the same, number for that being 48334142. Each time I call to get an update on the request, I am told that I would be contacted by today itself, but an outcome like that just doesn't seem to appear.
I am tired of following this thing up everyday and am highly disappointed with the kind of customer service I have been shown.
