I am user of airtel from long time
3rd july near 12:45 they deduct money from my balance
when i call at 1:05 they cut the call
again calling they assure me that mistake will from their side but they can't refund money or proceed my complain
but i didn't receive any detail from their side of complain register
where is customer services?
is it the right way for airtel to earn money and increase profit?
I hope you listen pls help us
