No proper response

We asked for airtel broadband on 20july, 500 was given for initial payment.for morethan 2weeks no one contacted us. if we call customer care, they said connection will be provided in 24hrs on each time we called them.so we cancelled our request on 9 august and asked for refund.they said it will take 10days. but now they said it will take 15 days.my request no for connection is 1201410, for cancellation is 1986898 & 2715500
