I am from Chennai.
Had put a simple telephone and broadband shifting request from one area to another, within the city.
This request was not processed for 25 odd days despite several follow-ups.
Being depressed and unhappy, i had put a cancellation request on 25-Nov, which was happily accepted by the team and i received a mail confirming that my outstanding was 766. I paid the amount immediately and was hoping that my landline would get cancelled.
To my surprise, this did not happen and i received new bill by december... and then in Jan'12.
I have been repeatedly sending mails to [email protected] with various mails and transction numbers, but they are not doing anything about it.
Today, i got a call, stating that i will receive a legal notice for not paying some amount. This is supposed to be airtel guys mistake... Why should i pay for it...
