I stay in Gurgaon and I have been using airtel 3G services for tha past 2-3 months and speeds were good until 30th December.
Since 30th December the 3G speed on the 200 MB plan is almost 2-3 kbps, intially I thought it was a temporary problem but after waiting for 15 days (includig the start of new billing cycle in between) I registered a complaint (servuce request no. 41600142) on 16 January.
I was told that the problem will be solved in 2 days, after a day I got a call that it will be solved after further 2 days. Since then I have received no callback from Airtel. On repeatedly calling customer for the past 2-3 days everytime I am told that its a temporary problem and shall be solved in some time.
But I just don’t understand how can a problem which I have been facing for more than 20 days can be called as a temporary problem.
The customer service representatives don’t have any clue, and they just keep on delaying the issue for further 2-3 days whenever I call including today.
I am 100% sure that they have not even started working on resolving the problem.
I would have expected such a shoddy service from Reliance, BSNL, but from Airtel its not expected at all.
Please get the issue resolved asap.
