Delay in cancelling Airtel Broadband and inappropriately charging for services during the delay period

Hello,

I had put in a cancellation request with Airtel (reference number 13511062) in the first week or rather 1st of Feb this year for their postpaid broadband connection. I had clearly articulated that the reason for the disconnection is that the service (network) It is now the end of March and they have not yet carried out the request. It is even more compounded that they are asking me to pay the charges for Feb and March for the service that I have NOT used becasue

1. they have already disconnected the service

2. all of us at home now have another service provider.

They have now changed the reason of the disconnection to billing issues!!! This too, without even consulting me or checking with me!
