I had applied for a broadband connection of airtel. Their executives informed me that there is one customer in my area who is discoonecting his connection. Later it will get transferred to my name. All his arrears were charged on my bill. I had raised a cancellation request on this land line:08041620302.I was promised that with one week's time the connections will get disconnected. They did not disconnect and now they are asking me to pay 2500.
