Sudden balance decuction

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Debolina Roy and my Airtel no is 9989311204. I am using the same no. since 2008. Previously it was postpaid and I was getting huge bills. Then I recently converted the same no. into prepaid. Now, the problem I am facing is sudden balance deductions. I do not make calls, however I get a message "last call charges 60.00 rs" or some other amount. It happened before as well but now a days Its happening very frequently. I already registered a complaint on 9 th June and the reference no was - CBDMO30609772735. I was told that some one will get back to me in 4 days, but I never received a call. Today, suddenly I got same msg "last call charges 89.00 rs".

This is getting worse day by day and I hope you can understand how frustrating it could be. I called customer care so many times today, but after I explain my problem the call got disconnected. And no one bothered to call back. I dont know if this is in your knowledge or not, but let me tell you that your customer service is pathetic. And some times the CS rep, hangs up on us.

Had I known, that I have to face this problem after migrating to prepaid, I would have rather migrated to some other service provider.

Anyways, hope someone will check this email and hopefully I will get a reply.
