Dear sir,

I have put a service request for Airtel telephone no. 011-45621750 on dated 14/02 from my previous address in delhi to my current address in greate noida. After several phone call and generating request with airtel customer care nobody came up with any kind of help. After a while a service engineer came up and says to show me my address proof and i provided him with a photo copy. All of a sudden i receive a call from airtel guy that this connection shifting is not possible for some technical problem on 21/03. And i started looking in my society and found that there are several airtel connection is already existing. So i started with fresh request for a new connection. And the guy from airtel says yes a new connection is possible. Now i understand this Bharati Telecomunication company want me to pay full amount again for existing connection. I would request you to help me in this regards.
