Due to your bill collection center faulting I had not paid my bill properly so your company disconnect my connection
No. 0522-4103991 which is connected in favour of PURNENDU CHAKRABARTY, Lucknow, in the month of November 10th.
But your company made a bill which having date of November they said to me that it is rental fee.
But my question is that due to your fault I had not deposit my bill properly and you disconnect my phone and Internet, and I suffered a lot of in my business. Therefore why should I pay you rental of a disconnected phone.
And therefore please waiver it as possible as earlier, otherwise I would think for disconnect permanently my phone from your company.
