I am a user of Airtel Landline & Broadband for last 4 yrs. I use their wireless modem. I got an IPTV service recently for which they have changed my modem. Since then I am facing problem that I need to fix my IP to use internet connection. Once fixed I need to change the same everytime I use my Laptop at other place. No one does that these days ..IP has to come automatically. Airtel guys also say that however they unable to fix the problem. Their service engineer came to my hose and said he has fix the problem, however he just fixed the IP so that internet worked. I was in office and I checked whether its automatic he said yes. I came back saw that he just fixed the IP and lied to me. Complaint Numbers - 37732016 & 38098676. Engineer who came & lied phone number - 9971810134 .
