I delayed payment of my April bill by two days because of unavoidable circumstances. In the meantime, they disabled my outgoing call facility. After paying, i called the customer service to reactivate my line and was told that it will be done. But it is more than a week now and whenever i remind the customer service to reconnect my line, i am told that i have not settled their bill for which reason they cannot re-activate my line. I even provided the receipt # for the payment done through the collection center but they claim not having received such payment, which is tantamount to claiming that i am dishonest.
Now i am unable to even call the customer service. I do not know if companies like Airtel are out to make profits revenue through such malpractices.
