MY SERVICE HAS BEEN STOPPED WITHOUT GIVING ANY INTIMATION BY VOICE CALL.MY PARENTS USING MY MOBILE WHO ARE UNABLE TO READ ENGLISH.AIRTEL STOPPED MY SERVICE WITHOUT ANY VOCAL INSTRUCTION EITHER IN HINDI OR MARATHI.
ALSO EVEN AFTER PAYING THE BILL SERVICE IS NOT RESUMED AFTER 2 DAYS.
I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE 8 TIMES FOR THE SAME EVERY TIME THEY SAID IT WILL BE ACTIVATED SOON OR OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN.I HAVE MONTHLY PLAN FOR IT AND THEY ARE NOT REDUCE TO THE CHARGES OF THOSE DAYS FOR WHICH SERVICE TO ME IS NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO AIRTEL ISSUES.
