No option to talk to a Customer Care Executive

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to raise an important issue with Airtel. I have trouble sending SMSes for past two days. When i send a SMS it doesnt get delivered and shows pending in my mobile. For this i tried to contact the Airtel customer Care to lodge a complain but, to my dismay, i found no option to contact an executive to whom i can get assistance with.

When i call 121 and 9810198101, which is the Customer Care numbers of Airtel, IVR of Airtel gives the following options

"1. To know more about the best offer Press 1, for value added Services press 2, To Know Balance & Validity Press 3, to Recharge Now press 4 and to Repeat Press 0. "

These options will not be helpful to me and doesnt solve my problem. Airtel in its website also has no number that might help its customers to talk directly to any customer care representative to rectify problems.

I request Airtel to kindly look into this issue of " NON AVAILABILITY OF ITS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES" to its customers.
