This complaint is regarding Airtel Postpaid sumber disconnection request submitted on September 30. My number was deativated next day itself. I settled all the bills 27th October but they never gave me a closure document, neither I was aware that I'll get such documnet until that time. Without my notice, AirTel activated my number somehow and the utilization was heavy in one day. I don't know who or how it got activated. I thrown this SIM card after cancelling my number. I've been asked for the usage now, which I never used. How AirTel can activate a number without our notification and how can they assign this numberto anybody else. Now, follow up call on bill collection has became torture for me. I sent all proofs to them, but there is now response at all from AirTel. I sent the cancellation acknowledgement copy to [email protected] and [email protected]. I received a unique reference no. 121220094959. I don't see any further action taken by AirTel and give any answer to me.
