Mms wrong charges

I use nokia 72 with connetion of airtel number is 9878444994... and automatically mms forwarded from my mobie on 1 dec i called on customer care and three times calls disconected by agent..and ivr was barred after 10 day whem ivr start working i again called up ther nd talk with escilattion offer his name is mukesh h is very rude his wordings are*(sir paise waie nai milenge) kuch b aotimatically nahi hota aapne he kiye hai... i was hoked with hi wording after that he disconnected the call... my 50 rs was dedcuted i talk with 3 escilation offcer all of them say we are the manager there and if ur not satisfied than talk with our nodal officer... and nodal officer number alwys remain busy... tell me some suggestion where should i go...
