The problem is regarding change in my validity talk plan and Gprs charges.

On 17-11 I recharged by Rs 99 to get 100 mb data usage and before that I recharged by Rs 65 on 2-11 to get 50ps min as STD charges.

The problem arose when I recharged again with Rs 99 on 20-12 to get 100 mb back but every thing changed

My talk plan changed to 1p sec validity changed to 2010 from 2012 and I didn¿t get 100 mb usage also

I tried to reach customer support on 20-12 and they replied that I will get a call by today itself

i.e. 21-12 by 2:30pm and my old plan will be regained but nothing happened like that. And moreover

I didn¿t received any SMS regarding change in charges of GPRS plan

This is what not expected from brands like AIRTEL.

Now What I want is to get my Talk Plan Validity and Internet Usage back ASAP.

i have already written to nodel and appleat officers mumbai but zero and totallu un professional response i got.
