Cheating of Airtel deale

Sir,

I, Army No 15388859K Havildar Boopathi, presently serving with HQ 68 Mtn Bde,

Trehgam, Dist-Kupwara (J&K). I have applied for new Post paid connection in the

first week of November through Mehak Communication, Near TCP, Trehgam

(Mobile No 9906435860) alongwith photocopy of my PAN Card No AKQPB8545F and Rs. 500/-

(Rupees five hundred only) for SIM.

2. Till the date, he has not issued me SIM, either my document or Rs. 500/-. I don't

worry about Rs. 500/-. I only worry about my document, which he may use (issue) to unsuitable

person.

3. So, I kindly requested you to please don't issue a SIM on my name.
