Could you pl. look into the issue why on 15-12-09 & 16-12-09 there was no connectivity available from the entire D-Block area and that in future we don't undergo such issue and also why customer support were acting ignorant and arrogant to complaints.
I would like to have the RCA for the issue and who is responsible for the loss we incured during the connectivity was not available to us. Since the mobiles have become the lifeline of the city could you pl. explain how a person in distress/trouble would have got in touch in a situation like this where he cannot call from his mobile while he is at his home.
Till date nobody has taken the courage to call us to know if the services are OK if you think this the kind of services you expect from a professional company like Bharti I must say there is a need for a change of people taking care of the services.
The support has not given a proper answer and to further add to our miseries they SMS at 11:35p.m (in the NIGHT) for satisfaction survey even without solving the issue.
