Dear Sir,
I have to say that I had lodged a complain against airtel customer care on 10th December regarding deduction of Rs.72 and given a complain number 70400 and told your problem will be solved till 14th December at 6:00 pm, but till date my problem not solved.
Now, my contacts to customer care has been blocked. When I contact to another airtel user, then officer of airtel always disconnects my phone or told to hold, and finally phone is disconnected by airtel executives.
I ask, why is making foolish to customer care? Will it really fruitful for Airtel or Airtel customer? Kindly solve my problem.
