Wrong recharge because of a confusion offer

I got a message in balance which said "recharge with 222 and get full value. offer valid for ten days."

assuming as a regular recharge that i do like full value in 333, 555, 777 etc i did this 222 too. But i got only 2 RS in my main balance and got 220 rs in *123*1#. after that i learnt that this 220 will collaps to zero after ten days.

i feel cheated since i am given the scheme through a misconcepting scheme line saying "recharge with 222 and get full value. offer valid for ten days." it should mean that custmor can get the recharge with in the ten days but in actual it meant balance for recharge which is no way wise to do.

i tried talking to airtel officials in my city who failed to solve my problem and gave me his boss's no. leter he also gave me further his's boss's no. but all saying the same stereo type thing that its a scheme etc...

i want my money to be credited in my main balance and i want no time limit scheme which is offered through over smart ways of the company.

i expect companies not to befool the custmors with the sms like that.
