Lack of nework and poor services

Sir,

It's been great to know that you people are going your business and have reduced your calling rates recently.(It is really appreciable)

But the way you people have changed now, which is really pathetic your customer care representatives are so cheap in terms of behavior that they even don't know how to talk to a customer.

After complaining about 10 times about the poor network in my locality there has been no response, not even a single movement.

Is this the way you serve your customers that they should take your each and every wrong behavior for granted.

Are you people making fools out of us with this sort serving?

Really it is creating number of doubts in my mind about your services and most importantly status of your company.

And please don't give us excuses that there is no place to install tower in my locality, we even have a space of 2500 sq ft on the roof to install the tower.

I can you the time of 7 days to look into the matter or else next letter will be more strict then this one.
