I had recharge my Airtel prepaid Connection with Rs.444. My Transaction Id is 395252963. The problem is that The amount is not updated into my regular a/c. I had talked to customer care and they said that try it with *123*5# number. I called and it says that your dedicated a/c balance is Rs.444 and expiry date is 04 Feb. I haven't opt for any dedicated a/c and never asked for any other a/c. Could you please elaborate what is dedicated a/c and why my regular recharge would be valid for only 1 month.
