False calls

I recieved a call from vijay kumar.he told me that i have won Rs10, 00, 000.in an airtel lucky draw.then, he told me to contact sunder singh.sunder singh told me that i have to purchase dish tv coupons for Rs.12000

and then only i will get the won amount. I am very much confused about this. so, plz guide me.
