Stop messages from 5432101

Hello,

I am P James Sushanth Anandraj, one of the Airtel customers with Prepaid number 9000416848.

I am repeatedly getting text messages from the number from 5432101,

I was trying to call customer care for prepaid customers121 but I was shocked to hear no option where I can talk to customer care team. I am bit disappointed as I felt this situation is like a trap for the customers where they cannot get out.

Please kindly sort the issue.
