Cheque Settlement issue

Hi

My name is Karthikeyan B.S. I have changed my sim from postpaid to prepaid and got the settlement letter and cheque later. I found that the cheque payee name is mismatch from my name. I have visited airtel gallery in Chakala (Andheri E) and handover the cheque to appropriate person. This was happend around 3 month ago. They have promised me to reissue the cheque within 15 days. But I didn t get anything. so I have visited again to the same gallery and explained the situation. They have inquired again and informed me you will receive the cheque or credit same money against in your airtel number with in 7 days. I accepted both the option. But I didn t get any call or money from your concern. Again i visited the same gallery for inquire the issue. They have promised again that i will get the cheque within 7 days. But still i did not get anything.
