Sir,
i have been using airtel postpaid for 5 months. two months ago i decided to change it to prepaid... so i filled up all the necessary documents..to the dealer. But my number was not shifted and is now closed for more than 1 month. I made a complaint regarding that but no one gave me a satisfying answer. Now i have decided to go to consumer court... let's see if AIRTEL cares for their customers.
...please suggest me the right way to get my number start again.
