Dear sir
i am the airtel mobile user . i request to your airtel relation center to cut my mobile bill through hdfc credit card, they ask me to give identity proof and photo id. i gave them all document which is requird by your office .this is happing before 2 months but yet my payment is not cut through my account. i complaint so many times but your staff which is in imran nagar vapi (gujrat) not taken care of valuable customer . is it right! who give me the correct answer. i have no time to go your office and pay my bill every time.no any single reply why this is happing .i talk to customer care at 121 no. they also give me the same answer pl. pay your bill this time by cash, next time it is deducted atomaticaly.but problem is as it is .i ask you all your staff are careless or there is no value of customer. sir, i request u to do some serious action about my complaint . and ask your staff at imran nagar vapi gujrat why this is happaning so many times with me.
