I got a message from airtel about free settings of gps and airtel live.
it was clearly mentioned that the setting is free and also the internet browsing is free.
if a company says to the customer that the service is free, then customer would definitely try it out, so what i activated the airtell live and gps.
so when i started net on my mobile. there was a option about see the pictures.
i clicked and a pic was downloaded. immediately i got message of airtel that my 10/- has been deducted form account for this service .i got shocked a single pic costs me 10/-.
i stopped the net right that time. it was the incident happened from next day.
the story started
i got started getting messages from airtel that.
"you have been renewed for the model_wap_pack subscription service from airtel.you have been charged Rs.5."
this happens 2 -3 times means deduction without being using the service. that was very annoying thing.
i called the customer care but they didn't received the call.that was very annoying.
after about 10 days tey again cut off the 15 Rs/- so i called the customer care they called that they r not going to give my money back. i quarreled with them at last they agree to give money which was deducted within last 24 hrs.
but they didn't return the remaining about 30 Rs/- what a fuck.
