Very Poor Services

We are a Big Corporate in Faridabad and Using Airtel's Services for last 7 Years with more than 500 numbers.

1. While all the desired document had submitted at the time of taking these connections also (7 years ago) for all our numbers. We again submitted these on demand of Airtel and it was recd.by collection agency on 27.11.2009. After two months (in Jan.10) Airtel is again demanding documents for the same. We requested the same executive of collection agency to collect the documents again but no one came. Now after two months numbers are barred. We treat it as mental harassment.

2. Earlier we were informed that Auth. Signatory is not updated in Airtel's system and due to this, two other numbers got barred

We have been using Airtel Services for last 7 Yrs. and at the time of booking all collection we provides documents. If documents are not with Airtel or not updated in the system, where we are responsible? This is not the way that first barr the services then demand documents, why???

3. We want to let everyone know that The service level & response time we are getting through current system is not as good as we have been getting from our Customer Relation Ship Executives in the past. Only one man who was looking after our account was having a good working manner by which he was able to made us satisfied and now C.R.E. services are not being provided by Airtel due to which "Mr. Manoj Kohli (CEO), Mr. Dinesh Vaid (Sr. Manager), Mr. Gaurav Sareen (Asstt. Manager), Ms. Meera Srivastava, SMEQFS, Corp. Help Desk, 121" this big team is working on hehalf of ONE MAN (C.R.E.) and problem are still not being solved on time.

4. Our CUG Issue : 22 numbers have been identified for which CUG needs to be corrected, which was under the process for rectification since 4-5 months Today when recitification is done, It has created a new problem. Billing Error. Billing consolidation got totally disturbed.

5. We have booked an FCT Connection on 16.01.2010 through a CSA who assured activation within 2-3 days. After 9 days we recd. a call from Airtel. The person who was calling told me that "Your Company / Address Verification is NEGATIVE). We are glad to see this service that after 9 days of booking connection, we are being informed that our company verification is negative where we are already using more than 500 connections for 7 Years.

6. For all above disputes we requested Asstt. Manager (Customer Relations) to visit us, he does not have time to come, he does not have time to work, even he does not have time to talk to us. He comitted to visit us on 27.01.10 and we are still waiting for him. Since 27.01.10 I am trying him and at that time he was in a meeting (as he said). And till now I am waiting for his call, May be he is still in a meeting. Even If I makes a call, he does not picks it up.

We have send all aobve issues to Customer Care, many officers, appellate authority, Nodal Officers etc. etc.

All above matter has also been sent to the Top Man of the company and also to CEO of the company. Airtel, The Leading Telecom Company of India. And I am still waiting for the response from Airtel but they even don't revert emails sent by us.

So by Writing this, I just want to let everybody know that How a Leading Company is Providing Serivces to Its Corporate Customer.
