Airtel Deactivating Motorola Z6 saying Invalid IMEI

I own a motorola Z6 mobile. Airtel had deactivated my SIM saying that my phone has an invalid IMEI.. My IMEI number is 355556010170076. When i called customer care, they are just ask me to take my mobile to the vendor or hang up or say change your mobile. I also visited the registration centre & enquired, they clearly mentioned that the my phone is a branded product and does not need registration. Customer care suggested me to take the fone to the nearest motorola service center and fix it. I did the saem and still they din activate the sim. They still argue that my phone is not original. I have been left stranded in a city where I came for a business meeting with no contact number. I tried using the mobile with other SIM with which it is working fine.

Request Airtel to look into this very matter ASAP
