Improper Top up recharge

Hi

I have recharged for top up for Rs.200 on 1-1 and it went to dedicated balance. I was not informed and it got expired also.

I have recharged in Kerala and number is of Karnataka. I informed Customer Care in Kerala and Karnataka, followed up also and they didn't resolved it.

I am not responsible for errors in recharge. I want a Top up for Rs.500 for losses beared by me.
