Scheme deactivated in active period

Hi,

i have done a value voucher of Rs 66 on my mobile on 31-12-09 & i was told that it was a value voucher which would reduce the calling rates for next one year. only the first local & STD calls will be charged by normal rates & rest all will be charged on reduced rates. After this i had only some top-ups (which increase the balance only). it was expected that the value voucher will work for next one year (till 30-12-10). but the scheme ended unexpectedly on 4th or 5th feb. i made the complaint regarding this multiple times & i was told that the problem will be solved, the scheme will be active on my mobile again & all the extra money that i lost because of this will be refunded. but i didn't get the money back neither the scheme is reactivated on my phone. one day i got message that "We are unable to contact you your complaint number CNBRA3020757925400 has been resolved". i checked for the scheme activated or money refunded. but neither of them was done. again i made complaint regarding this & i was given my complaint number as 3020908488400. i was told that it will be resolved in next 24 hours. after waiting for long time (more than 24 hrs) i called again & iwas told that it takes 48 hours to resolve things. it is 4-5 days gone & nothing happened. please help me resolving this.
