Dissatisfied by service

I am Komal n i have been using airtel prepaid sim card since past 5 years, but every now n than I get messages regardinf the subscription of various schemes n my balance is deducted. I have complained about it a number of times to the customer care, the query is satisfied than but the same thing is repeated almost every week. I am feeling sick of this now n feel like switching over to some other company's sim. What can I do about it?
