I m Rakesh Mishra n m using airtel for last 5 yrs bt now i have realised that i made a drastic mistake by selecting airtel. I think i m sinner as i m using airtel n if i m nt sinner then airtel is surely sinner.. On 19.02.10 i recharged my number with Rs. 80, however i was debited Br Rs. 1 for every msg i sent, Ideally i was nt to be charged as i had 500 sms free on daily basis as i recharged with Rs.80. I lodged a complaint with customer care (Complain No. 3021884670800). thereafter till date (23.02.10) my problem is yet to be rectified. whenever i called customer care to know about my problem either they have kept me on hold for more than half n hour or they have disconnected my cal. This can be vouched from the record of Airtel.

I m just going thru the mental hazardness only due to this. This is the last tym when i m asking for help to them if mine problem is not getting rectified even now also then i wl be forced to go to consumer court.
