Dear Sir / Madam, This is for your kind information that ondtd -26/02 a phone call from mobile no - 8084709455 came at about 11.30am requesting "I am from customer care and want to give your monthly free balance talk time 300minutes in your demo /lapu sim bearing no - 9938261752.further to get the balance give me a another phone number to make the process in my airtel no." Then I gave him my another no - 9658199725. Then the same person called me in the no-9658199725 speaking in oriya language. Then he requested me to do process in airtel service . "First go to gift recharge and type 9546769193 then 1290 then 9938261752.then sender name as AIRTEL.and put your secret pin and OK ." At that moment I asked him whether the 1290 belongs to my voucher then he replied no no its a code no for the process. Then I puzzled him that I have pressed ok but he replied your process is not shown with us. Then I confirmed that it was a call from airtel customer care and I pressed ok and send it. Suddenly a transaction no -882862345 received by me from airtel. The same person at that time requested me to delete the transaction number message. At that time I realized the amt.1290/- transferred to mobile no- 9546769193 . After that I registered the complain with customer care cell -12144 . Customer care cell registered my complain with out giving any complain no. That is a matter of interesting that, how the person called me knew that I am a voucher seller and having a balance more than Rs.1290/- and by typing the digits under a certain process the voucher amount will transfer. Also the person knew I have to get monthly free balance 300 minutes as per company scheme so that I easily got trusted with the person. I Think the person may concerned with customer cell. Further I request you to kind enough and take the necessary steps to check such hiking and to return the voucher amount from 9546769193 through airtel.
