Complaint not solve out & they was not give refund

I have done a recharg of sms scheme (free sms 500 per day),

but from 9 march i have charged for my each sms,

when i was talk with customer care person (last 3 day, s) they say they r not able to give therefund of 3 days as per company rule,

i am facing this prob from 9 march to till date...
