Imimproper functioning of message pack

I am an airtel sim holder having number 9557187498 .I got my sim recharged on 13th for rs 11 where the first sms costs re1 and one gets 100 sms free per day. On 14th i could sms till 11:00 am but after that my balance was utilized for the sms which was not aught to be. I complained in the deprtment 3 times and a senior executive replied that i wall be refunded back my money they asked me to wait far 48 hrs, ie, till 16 but still my balance is bieng utilisd for the sms.the department has neither given me a call noe refunded my money.two different executives give different replies and ask to wait for 2 more days.

i will be highly obliged if my problem is solved.
