False commitments: Extra Billing

Hi,

I logged a complain in Airtel on 18th Sep 2009 and few more complaints for the saame issue after that and my last complainwas on 22nd Feb. Everytime they commit that the issue will be resolved or you will get a call back from respective team but till date i havent received any. I am facing a network issue in my locality and same has been faced by different people useing same service provider in that locality. Its an well known locality of Pune but still they havent done anything to resolve the issue and if they have done they are not telling whta steps they have taken. and they add the chare of all the extra calls made due to this issue in the bill. when asked them they tell we cant give u wavier (discount) more than 100 or 150 Rs irrrespective of the extra charges customer is paying. So i Havent paid their bill since jan and their billing and demanded that the day my complain gets resolved i'll pay my whole bill in lumsum and their billing department also agreed on this.(unfortunately i dont have any proof for this) But then also the disconnected my calling services and now they are demanding that i'll have to pay whole amount to secure my number and they wont give any wavier for the extra billing for the calls which use to get disconnected due to their network issue. and on an avg we have to dial atleast 3-4 a number due to this issue. Kindly look into the maater and do the needful.
