I am a consumer of airtel from last 4-5 years having mobile no 9897030936. From last 1 year i am facing the problem of call drop at my residence i.e Yamuna Colony, Dehradun. I have told this complaint through thier customer care no. so many times. but they did not resolved the problem. Then I have ragistered a complaints on 22 oct on their email. They have asked my details and i have submit the detail through email. But till date the complaint is pending, the company not showing the interest to resolved the problem. A lot of problem is facing by many consumer in this area due to non availability of continuous signal of airtel in this area.
