I m using airtel prepaid number and my call rates from startings were 30 p/m a2a and 1rp/m a2other mobiles and night pack 10p/m a2a but from last two days i am having problem of regular call rates now rates are 1rp/m a2allnd a2a and this terill activated on my number without informing me and when i take the number there was not any such kind of condition that company can withdraw ur terrifs on any time so kindly tell me how i can file a case about airtel in consumer court my number is 9872959747
