Dear Sir or Madam
Pls note that I requested for eRecharge for my mobile 9840570770 for Rs. 250 on 19th April. The retailer recharged the amount and the reference no. is 958130200. Once the recharge was completed, I got a SMS stating that the talk time given is Rs. 1 (for a recharge amount of Rs. 250). I immediately contacted the customer care and informed them about this and they told me that they will check and revert within 2 days.
I waited till 21st and since there was no update from Airtel, I again called up customer care on 21st April - the reference no. is 0421229900 and even for this there was no update.
I called the Customer complaint cell on 25th April (Ref no. 0425080611) and they told me that the issue will be resorted out and I will get the money credited to my account within 24 hours. When I called the complaint cell after 24 hours, they told me that they can't do anything and I should get in touch with the Dealer.
When I went to the shop asking about the status of my recharge, the shopkeeper told me that he is a retailer and hence he can't do anything about this. The issue I have with Airtel is:
When I asked the airtel retailer to recharge my cell phone for Rs. 250, I was not told about any special offer etc.
When I spoke with the customer care/complaint cell, they told me that they will deduct this Rs. 250 from the special offer and add the talk time to the normal talk time.
After about continuous follow up for a week and in spite of the commitment given by Airtel to resolve my issue, on 26th they said that they can't do anything and I should get in touch with the retailer.
I went to the retailer and he told me that he can't do anything.
I request your help in resolving this out pls.
